pk67 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using the pk67 platform in any capacity — whether as a registered account holder or as a visitor — you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full and agree to be legally bound by all provisions contained herein. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the pk67 platform and close your account if one exists.

This Agreement constitutes the entire legal understanding between you and pk67 with respect to your use of the platform. It supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter. pk67 reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Use of the pk67 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during continued use of the platform:

• You are aged 21 years or older. This age restriction is a firm and non-negotiable requirement. pk67 operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the pk67 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or a corporate entity when registering or placing bets.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from pk67 or had your account closed by pk67 for any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of pk67, nor are you a family member or household member of any such person.

By completing the pk67 registration process, you are making a legally binding declaration that you satisfy all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information at registration — including misrepresenting your age — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) pk67 account only. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and permanent closure of all associated accounts.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering your pk67 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. pk67 may request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of this information at any time.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk67 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. pk67 strongly recommends enabling two-step verification on your account. Any activity conducted through your pk67 account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised, you must contact pk67 customer support immediately via live chat. pk67 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your pk67 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification. pk67 reserves the right to close any account, at its sole discretion, for breach of these Terms & Conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate by pk67 management.

All transactions on the pk67 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk67 does not apply any currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your pk67 PKR wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. pk67 does not charge a deposit fee on its end; any fees displayed during the transaction are levied solely by the payment provider. You must only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes on average, 24 hours a day. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. pk67 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is unusually large or where KYC verification has not been completed.

4.3 KYC Verification

All accounts are subject to Know Your Customer verification before the first withdrawal is processed. KYC documentation may include a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. pk67 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. To avoid dormancy fees, simply log in to your pk67 account at least once every 12 months.

pk67 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out in this section and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets placed on eligible games or betting markets. The wagering contribution of different game categories may vary — for example, slots may contribute 100% of each bet towards the wagering requirement, while live casino table games may contribute a lower percentage.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

pk67 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any winnings derived from that bonus, and suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedging bets specifically to meet wagering requirements, coordinating bonus claims across groups of players, and any other activity designed to exploit pk67's promotional offers unfairly.

5.3 Validity Periods

All bonuses have a defined validity period. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited. It is your responsibility to be aware of the expiry date of any bonus credited to your account.

All games and betting markets available on the pk67 platform are governed by specific game rules published within each respective game or betting section. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

6.1 Sportsbook & Cricket Betting

All sports bets, including cricket betting and snooker betting markets, are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches). In the event of a dispute regarding the result of a sporting event, the decision of pk67's trading team shall be final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 13.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games, including live baccarat, slots, roulette, and other table games, use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each slot title is published within the game's information panel. pk67 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. All game results are determined independently of any actions by pk67 staff.

6.3 Minimum & Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and betting market. These limits are displayed within each game interface or betting market at the time of placing a bet. pk67 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice. In the event of a technical error that results in a bet being accepted at an incorrect price or limit, pk67 reserves the right to void the affected bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk67 platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all associated funds:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using a different name or identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any subsequent KYC verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other artificial means to interact with the pk67 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing errors in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity intended to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Laundering money or using the pk67 platform for any transaction intended to conceal the origin of illegally obtained funds.
• Accessing the pk67 platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other method designed to circumvent geographic or regulatory restrictions.
• Sharing your pk67 login credentials with any other person or allowing any other person to operate your account.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards pk67 staff or other users.

Any unauthorised use of pk67 intellectual property constitutes an infringement and will be pursued through all available legal channels.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk67 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the pk67 platform. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from:

• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the pk67 platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond pk67's reasonable control.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by demonstrable software malfunctions, provided pk67 takes prompt corrective action upon becoming aware of such errors.
• Unauthorised access to your pk67 account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Loss of data or personal information resulting from circumstances beyond pk67's reasonable control.

The pk67 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk67 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, or accuracy of any content on the platform. Your use of the pk67 platform is entirely at your own risk.

pk67 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering a pk67 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pk67 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data is shared with third parties only where necessary for the provision of the pk67 service — for example, with payment providers for transaction processing, or with identity verification services for KYC compliance — or where required by law.

pk67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pk67 will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or via an in-platform notification displayed at the time of the next pk67 login. The updated Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the pk67 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the revised terms take effect. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the terms set out by pk67's operating licence authority. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the pk67 platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

13.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute relating to any pk67 game outcome, bet settlement, account decision, or payment, you should first contact pk67 customer support via live chat to attempt an informal resolution. The support team aims to resolve all disputes within 5 business days of first contact. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter in writing to the pk67 complaints team at the email address listed in Section 14.

pk67's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, and account management is final once the internal dispute resolution process has been completed. pk67 reserves the right to void bets or reverse game outcomes where a demonstrable technical error has occurred.

13.2 Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
